We want to ensure that your visit to Broadway Plaza is made as easy and as enjoyable as possible and we will do all that we can to facilitate this. If you have any special requirements please let us know and we will discreetly and without fuss assist. Broadway Plaza’s tenants cater for all people with individual special needs, with up-to-date facilities including lifts and portable inductions loop systems available at the cinema.
Public toilets are located on both the Plaza level comprising a radar key operated disabled toilet and baby changing facilities. Plaza public toilets open at 8am and close at 6pm when all tenant facilities are available.
If you have lost an item while at Broadway Plaza, please contact a member of the Centre Management Security Team by telephone or email the Centre Management office. All items are held for three months only. If the item is not claimed within this period we either return the item to the police or dispose of it.
Qualified first-aiders are on site 24/7. In the case of an accident, please approach the nearest customer services security officer.
Broadway Plaza is a safe area with security staff on site 24/7 carrying out patrols and making themselves available for your needs. The site is monitored by CCTV which is centrally controlled by a security contractor.
