Broadway Plaza Customer Information

Toilets/Baby Changing
Public toilets are located on both the Plaza level and Level P1 of the Car Park with disabled and baby changing facilities at both locations.

Lost Property
If you have lost an item while at Broadway Plaza, please make a report to a member of the Centre Management Team or contact Lost Property. All items are held for three months only. If the item is not claimed within this period they will be given to charity.

First Aid
There is a qualified first aider on site at all times. There are first aid facilities on site 24 hours a day. In the case of an accident, please approach the nearest customer services officer.

Security
Broadway Plaza has 24-hour on-site security including a fully integrated CCTV system and regular patrols.
