BROADWAY PLAZA RESTAURANT AT TOP OF ITS GAME

A restaurant at Broadway Plaza is at the top of it game after scooping a prestigious award for its training, customer service, food and hygiene.

Frankie & Benny’s has been awarded the Centre of Excellence award after passing vigorous inspections and tests conducted by bosses at the restaurant chain.

The accolade means the branch can now train staff from all over the country to become managers of all levels. The nearest branch to be able to carry out such training is in Telford.

Branch manager Christian Swanney said the inspection process was a little bit daunting but that he and his team were delighted with their award:

“We are all over the moon with the award and it means that the Broadway Plaza branch is now firmly on the map.  I’m very proud of the team and it shows just how good our standards are.”
