| VOICES OF LITTLE ANGELS FILL BROADWAY PLAZA | |
The voices of little angels will fill Birmingham?s Broadway Plaza next week as more than 50 pupils sing carols for lunchtime crowds.
Pupils from nearby Nelson Primary School and St Georges C of E Primary School will sing a medley of favourite Christmas songs from 1pm on Tuesday 15 December.
In return for their efforts, the pupils will get a visit from Father Christmas and sample some tasty delights from restaurants at the Plaza.
Arthur Webb, Broadway Plaza?s centre manager said: ?There?s nothing like the voices of children to create some festive cheer. We hope people on their lunch breaks will come and sing along.
?We are also very grateful that Father Christmas is taking time out of his busy schedule to call by and thank the children for their efforts. Hopefully he will also have time to join in with a couple of carols.?
The visit from school children is part of a week-long programme of Christmas activities at Broadway Plaza.
On Wednesday 16, patients at Birmingham Children?s Hospital will be treated to a game of free bowling at Bowlplex bowling alley. 08/12/2009
