| INDY FEVER SET TO STRIKE AT BROADWAY PLAZA | |
Die-hard Indiana Jones fans, or just plain insomniacs, can be amongst the first in Birmingham to watch the highly anticipated fourth movie – Indiana Jones & The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull – by heading down to Broadway Plaza just after midnight on Thursday 22 May.
AMC Cinemas will be showing the first screening of the movie at 12.05am and they’re encouraging die-hard fans to turn-up wearing an Indy-themed outfit. Those suitably kitted out in the spirit of the film will receive a free large pop-corn and well as a free guess pass to watch a film at a later date.
Indy fever is set to sweep Broadway Plaza that night with bars and restaurants opening late to welcome the movie fans.
Arthur Webb, Broadway Plaza’s centre manager, said: “It’s going to be a fantastic summer for movie releases and at Broadway Plaza we’re planning a series of themed events to mark these films. Indiana Jones is great to kick things off with, and with bars and restaurants open until late everyone will be joining in the party!”
Those wishing to be amongst the first to see the movie at Broadway Plaza can book tickets in advance online at www.movietickets.co.uk or simply turn up at the AMC Cinema on the night. 15/05/2008
